ABOUT

MJ Russo

At the age of 13, I began my blue-collar journey at a vocational technical high school learning under instructors who literally wrote the books that millions of blue-collar workers used to learn their profession. Over the last 40 years since then, I have mixed my interests between sitting at the helm of control rooms as an IBEW power engineer generating thousands of megawatts of electricity for the metropolitan NYC area to installing and servicing HVAC equipment for those very same NYC area residents and businesses.

Whatever the industry, I was always tasked with training newcomers to the trades. With 4 decades of experience to draw upon, matched with an obsession in simplifying the complex, I have developed a highly effective, easy to understand method of teaching that is now drawing a lot of attention.

This course is a culmination of these skills and abilities 40 years in the making, finely tuned just for you. My new ambition is to make a successful career out making you successful in your career, by helping all apprentices overcome the difficult challenge of leaving the classroom and entering into the fray in the field as HVAC service technicians.
